what is neuro linguistic programMing (NLP) ?


NLP explores the relationship between how we think (neuro), how we communicate both verbally and non-verbally (linguistic) and our patterns of behaviour and emotion (programmes) (Collingwood & Collingwood; 2001).


I believe that NLP Coaching is the most innovative development we’ve seen in a long time in the field of improving human performance. Coaching NLP can help you to consistently enable your drive, your motivation, reach your goals and assist others with what you learned.


Some of the beliefs of NLP:
